We don’t just ship products.
We deliver pieces that represent something.
And we take care of our people.


Shipping

All orders are shipped from Oro Grande, California, USA.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.90 USD

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $100 USD

Every order is handled with intention. Once it leaves The House, it’s on its way to you—no shortcuts.


Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Extended Delivery (rare cases): up to 7 business days depending on distance and carrier conditions

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods

We move fast. But we don’t control the road once it’s out.


Order Accuracy & Shipping Info

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If incorrect details are provided (wrong address, incomplete info, etc.), ANVEM is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

If a package is returned due to customer error:

  • The order can be reshipped

  • Customer is responsible for the new shipping cost


Returns

We stand behind what we put out. But we also respect the process.

If you choose to return an item for reasons not related to an ANVEM error:

  • A $15 USD fee will be applied (covers original shipping + restocking)

  • Item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • Returned within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: within 14 days of delivery)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Damages & Issues

If something arrives wrong, we fix it. No questions.

This includes:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products sent

  • Defects due to our error

In these cases:

  • Return is free

  • Replacement is sent at no cost

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photo evidence of the issue

We take responsibility when it’s on us. That’s respect.


Refunds

Refunds apply only to approved returns.

  • A $15 USD fee will be deducted from refunds (non-ANVEM error cases)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after inspection

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ANVEM.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Place a new order

  • Request a return for the original item (subject to return policy)


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ANVEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:

  • Shipping to secure locations

  • Contacting the carrier directly if issues arise

FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Some may take up to 7 depending on location.


What if I entered the wrong address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately.
If it already shipped and gets returned, you’ll need to cover reshipping.


Can I return something if I just don’t like it?

Yes. But there’s a $15 fee to cover shipping and restocking.


What if my order arrives damaged?

That’s on us. We’ll replace it at no cost. Just send us proof within 7 days.


Do you offer free returns?

Only if the issue was caused by ANVEM (damage, wrong item, defect).
