If incorrect details are provided (wrong address, incomplete info, etc.), ANVEM is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
If a package is returned due to customer error:
The order can be reshipped
Customer is responsible for the new shipping cost
We stand behind what we put out. But we also respect the process.
If you choose to return an item for reasons not related to an ANVEM error:
A $15 USD fee will be applied (covers original shipping + restocking)
Item must be:
Unused
In original condition
Returned within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: within 14 days of delivery)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
If something arrives wrong, we fix it. No questions.
This includes:
Damaged items
Incorrect products sent
Defects due to our error
In these cases:
Return is free
Replacement is sent at no cost
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photo evidence of the issue
We take responsibility when it’s on us. That’s respect.
Refunds apply only to approved returns.
A $15 USD fee will be deducted from refunds (non-ANVEM error cases)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ANVEM.
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:
Place a new order
Request a return for the original item (subject to return policy)
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ANVEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
